Our well trained Security Personnel help to create and maintain "Feel Secure" environment for the management and employees remaining vigilant & alert round the clock. Surveillance on the gate access, perimeter and internal assets, timely information sharing to SPOC and presence of mind with desired body language are key factors while securing clients premises.

 

Site Survey

On understanding the requirement, we undertake a security survey of the premises and offer our recommendations to the client.

Recruitment and Training

We impart specialised as well as customised training to the selected personnel at our Security Training Centres. Assessment of all the security personnel is done bases on written & aptitude test, physical capabilities and police verification on completion of the training program.

Deployment

On successful completion of the training, selected security personnel are deployed at clients premises. We understand that training is never ending process thus we impart Refresher Training Capsules at regular intervals bases on observations made after quarterly review so that we along with all the security personnel remain focused with changing needs of the security threats.

Validation Process

First review is conducted on completion of One-month deployment. The observations made during the First review are shared with the client and required changes are implemented immediately.

Customer Care

During the course of the contractual period, our Corporate Customer Care department contacts the SPOC of the client on regular basis to obtain feedback in writing & telephonically on the services rendered by us. We always believe that feedback given by the client is only the best way not only to improve ourselves but is to be considered as certification.
